To open a ticket, navigate to the ‘Support Tickets‘ section in the sidebar panel.

 

This section allows you to view your past tickets and create new ones. To proceed, simply click the ‘New Ticket‘ button.

 

 

For us to best assist you, please include the following information in your support ticket:

  • Subject: Briefly describe your issue in the subject line. This will help us prioritize and route your request to the right specialist.

  • Related Order (Optional): Select the order you need assistance with.

  • Description: Provide a clear and detailed description of your issue. You can attach screenshots or screen recordings to your ticket. This additional information will better equip our team to assist you effectively!

To submit your ticket, click on the ‘Send Message‘ button.

Our support team will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible. You can track the progress of your ticket and view any updates within the portal or through email notifications.
