Service add-on - News Blast


SERVICE ADD-ON AGREEMENT

This service add-on agreement (“Add-On Agreement”) is entered into between NewsAnchored, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company”), and (“Client”) as of (“Effective Date”). Company and Client are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” 

WHEREAS, the Parties entered into a Services Agreement (the “Original Agreement”); and

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to modify, amend, and supplement the Original Agreement by including the Add-On Service (defined below). 

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, terms, and conditions set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Add-On Service. Client hereby engages Company, and Company hereby accepts such engagement, to provide the following add-on services (the “Add-On Service”): 

    a. One (1) placement press release on NBC, Fox, and CBS affiliate sites.

  2. Fee. Client agrees to pay Company the following fees as consideration for the Company’s provision of the Add-On Service: $299.00 
      
  3. Inconsistency. To the extent there is an inconsistency between this Add-On Agreement and the Original Agreement, the terms of the Original Agreement shall control. 

  4. Full Force and Effect. The Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions thereof. This Add-On Agreement shall be subject to Sections 4 through 19 set forth in the Original Agreement. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
