If you’re seeking to remove an article from the platform where it was published, we’ve got you covered! There are two straightforward methods to request the removal of an article from our publishing partner’s publications:
Make a Request Through an Order’s Message Box
Making a request through an order’s message box is straightforward. To do so, you will need to log in to your Client Portal account.
From the home page, navigate to the ‘My Articles’ section in the sidebar panel.
Once you are in My Articles, click the order ID of the article you wish to delete.
Upon clicking the order’s ID, you’ll be directed to a page with more detailed information about the order. Here, you can communicate directly with our Editorial Team. To request the removal of a published order, type your message in the box.
Submitting a Support Ticket
Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket to initiate the deletion process. For guidance on opening a support ticket, refer to the instructions provided here.
Once our team receives your message or ticket, we’ll promptly proceed to delete your published order.
